What did you decide and why? If you evaluated options, show the Decision Matrix briefly.
Slide 5 Results / Proof (if pilot run)
Before vs. after data. Chart showing improvement. Expected results if pilot hasn't run yet.
Slide 6 Implementation Plan
Timeline, who does what, cost, resources needed. Keep it simple — 1 page max.
Slide 7 Call to Action / Ask
End with one clear ask. What decision or approval do you need from this audience?
